I am coming round to thinking that, unless I change hosts, this is the only option, although I think the information provided by Webaliser is vastly inferior to that provided by AWStats for my needs. Someone at eUKhost suggested to me a week or so ago that this wasn't really a problem as I could use Webaliser instead (which apparently works flawlessly). I will log on a few days later to find that there has been no change and be back to square one. I am loathe to open another ticket as I expect that will produce another e-mail telling me that everything has now been fixed and that the stats will update automatically from now on.
